Pre-Order Policy
Thank you for choosing to pre-order with us! This policy outlines the terms and conditions of our pre-order process. By placing a pre-order, you agree to the following terms:
1. Availability Date
The estimated release date for the pre-ordered product is 3-5 weeks. Please note that this date is subject to change, and we will notify you of any changes via email.
2. Payment Terms
Full payment is required at the time of placing a pre-order. Alternatively, a deposit of 50% may be required, with the remaining balance due before the product is shipped. All payments will be processed through credit cards or Paypal.
3. Cancellation and Refunds
**Cancellation by Customer:** All pre-orders are NON-REFUNDABLE.
**Cancellation by Us:** We reserve the right to cancel your pre-order if there are issues with payment processing, product availability, or other unforeseen circumstances. If we cancel your pre-order, you will receive a full refund.
4. Shipping Information
Pre-ordered items will be shipped on or after the release date. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of placing your pre-order.
5. Pricing and Discounts
The price of the pre-ordered product is set at the time of purchase, which includes any applicable taxes. If there are any special offers or discounts available for pre-orders, they will be applied at the time of purchase. Prices are locked in at the time of the pre-order and will not change regardless of any subsequent price adjustments.
6. Limited Availability
Pre-orders are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis. We may limit the number of pre-orders per customer if demand exceeds supply. In the event that, we are unable to fulfill your pre-order due to limited availability, you will receive a full refund.
7. Communication
We will keep you informed about the status of your pre-order, including any changes to the release date or shipping schedule, via the email address provided at checkout. Please ensure that your contact information is up to date.
8. Liability and Changes
While we strive to ensure that pre-ordered products meet your expectations, we cannot be held liable for delays, changes in product specifications, or other issues beyond our control. If there are any significant changes to the product or release date, you will have the option to cancel your pre-order for a full refund.
